PES Construction Supervisor Jason Taylor represented PES at the 2026 Guardian Contractor Safety Forum in Lafayette, Louisiana, where he participated in a panel discussion alongside other Guardian field leaders.
Panelists shared how they build and maintain strong safety and quality cultures on their projects while leading both experienced employees and those new to the workforce.
