PES Expands Industrial Access Capabilities with V-Deck System

Performance Energy Services (PES) continues to expand its industrial access capabilities with the successful certification of Dustin Schell and Ben Alexander (U.S.-based), along with Shaun Dixon, Ian Hogg, Christopher Murphy and Kris Downey (international-based), as V-Deck System instructors and installers.

In alignment with our value of Improvement, PES invested in the V-Deck System to provide customers with a safer, more efficient solution for complex access challenges in demanding work environments.

The V-Deck modular suspended work platform can replace traditional hanging scaffold, mechanical cable rigging “dance floors” over the side of FPSO’s or under single pipelines gaining efficiency and offering stable working platforms. This technology is ideal for:

  • Platform Undersides: Providing a secure deck for multi-trade work groups
  • Integrated Workflows: Allowing simultaneous operations for painters, welders and inspectors
  • Offshore Efficiency: Reducing the weight and footprint of access materials required on structural assets

The addition of V-Deck to the PES service offering reinforces our commitment to enhancing safety, improving efficiency and reducing downtime for our customers.
