Following the integration of Danos’ Project Services division into PES in August 2024, the company identified an opportunity to strengthen its Accounts Receivable / Job Cost group to better support its growing and diverse client base.
In January 2025, PES promoted three high-performing AR clerks to AR Lead roles:

Jamie Crochet – AR Lead, Domestic Operations

Heidi Cortez – AR Lead, International Operations

Jamie DeRoche – AR Lead, Lump Sum Fabrication & Shell/BP Track
These promotions were made to align the team structure with operational needs, improve cash flow management, and ensure timely, accurate billing for all PES customers.
Since the restructure, the impact has been significant. Under the leadership of AR Manager Lita LeCompte, PES has reduced its Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by nearly 40 days. The team has also successfully transitioned most customers from monthly to weekly billing—providing faster, more consistent invoicing and helping clients stay on top of project costs in real time.
Additionally, collaboration between the AR and operations teams has led to a meaningful reduction in unbilled receivables, reinforcing PES’ commitment to financial transparency and performance.
“Jamie C., Heidi, and Jamie D. are absolute rockstars,” said PES Controller Tyler Boquet. “They embody our high-performance values and have made a tremendous impact on both the company’s financial strength and our team culture. We still have work ahead, but with these three helping lead the way, our future is bright.”
