HOUSTON, Texas — Performance Energy Services (PES) has hired Amanda Bass to support customer growth and business development, based in Houston.
In her role, Bass will focus on strengthening customer relationships and connecting customers with the expertise and capabilities available across PES and the Danos family of companies.
Bass brings experience in marketing and business development. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and has served in several leadership roles within her community, including elected trustee for Tomball Independent School District, founding board member and vice president of the Tomball Education Foundation and event chair for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Gulf Coast Chapter.
“Amanda’s passion for serving customers aligns well with our culture and values,” said Jon Boudreaux, president of Performance Energy Services. “She brings a thoughtful approach and a strong track record of connecting people, resources and opportunities.”
“I am grateful for the opportunity to join a company with such a strong history, reputation and culture,” Bass said. “It means a lot to be part of a team that genuinely values its employees and customers.”
Bass believes successful business partnerships are built on trust, consistency and understanding customer needs.
“I’ve always believed the best business relationships develop naturally over time and are built on mutual trust,” she said. “It’s important to listen, understand a customer’s needs and follow through on what you say you’re going to do.”
