Danos Group Holdings announced it has acquired all ownership interest in AXion Logistics, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider serving the petrochemical and industrial sectors, effective April 1.
For more than 23 years, AXion has delivered supply chain solutions and optimization services to customers in the petrochemical, industrial supply, EPC and power generation sectors. The acquisition builds on an existing partnership between the companies and strengthens Danos’ ability to deliver integrated, end-to-end supply chain solutions across the energy value chain.

Last year, Danos and AXion announced a strategic partnership to deliver comprehensive third-party logistics (3PL) solutions, combining Danos’ upstream and midstream supply chain expertise with AXion’s downstream logistics and transportation capabilities. This acquisition advances collaboration, enabling greater integration, improving efficiency and expanding service offerings.
AXion will continue to operate as an independent entity while aligning with Danos’ purpose and values. Scott Theriot, a 21-year Danos employee, will serve as managing director of AXion, supporting continued growth and operational excellence.
